Implants can be used in many different ways to replace multiple missing teeth. It is not always necessary to replace each missing tooth with an implant.
Implants can be used as supports to bridge a large space and replace a set of missing teeth.
In the lower jaw the bone is often very dense and solid and in some cases four to six implants may be used to replace ten missing teeth. In the upper jaw the bone is less dense and six or more implants can be used to support all the upper missing teeth.

Each case is assessed and the treatment plan formed following a thorough examination of the patients mouth to assess bone levels and find the best possible solutions to replace the teeth.
All options will be discussed with the patient and a treament plan made with all costs estimated. The patient can then consider all options.
